Duane Reade is a drug store chain with its corporate offices located in mid town Manhatten, NY and operating 250 stores throughout the five New York boroughs and several in New Jersey. This case study demonstrates the challenge of time and budget Agilysys, Retail Tech, and RTC faced in completion of this roll-out. K-MAC Enterprises is a leading operator of Taco Bell and KFC quick-service restaurants, with more than 180 locations. The company’s restaurants are franchised from the YUM! Brands. K-MAC also owns and operates a small number of buffet-style family steak houses franchised from Golden Corral.
