What is the Retail Tech Advanced Exchange Repair Program?
Rather than waiting 5 days for your repaired part to be returned, upon notification that your peripheral is broken, Retail Tech will ship a part out of stock the same day.  The Advanced Exchange program allows us to ship from your proprietary goods finished stock to the  location of your choice.
Is this program right for my company?
If you currently employ onsite field maintenance technicians, the Original Equipment Manufacturer, or other third party maintenance companies, and are looking for a different solution. Retail Tech’s Advanced Exchange program will make sure that you are taken care of in a timely manner, and often save you money from your current maintenance plan.
