Client

This client is a global specialty retailer of children’s apparel and accessories with over 1,000 stores.

Problem

The client didn’t have sufficient wireless coverage in a subset of their stores. The systems were slow and the connection kept dropping. It was getting in the way of consumer experience.

Solution

Retail Tech Inc. performed a wireless survey with heat mapping in the stores that were problematic. At this point, RTI determined that remediation was needed for better connectivity in the afflicted stores. RTI performed the remediation and fixed the weak spots by adding access points as needed in the stores.
