Rick attended the University of Illinois, having earned his BA Degree in Education and received his MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. Over the last 35 years of his career he has been engaged and focused on supporting and servicing the Retail / Hospitality Industries with OEMs Fujitsu, MMF, and IBM; and stints with TRW and Level 10. Rick joined Retail Tech, Inc. in 2011 and is experienced in all aspects of Technology Support Services for the Retail / Hospitality Environment and has worked with and supported many of the leading and largest retailers in the US. At Retail Tech, Rick has provided leadership and assistance in developing RTI’s Creative Service Solutions for the Retail / Hospitality industries, which continues differentiate and set Retail Tech apart from the rest. A huge U of I “Fighting Illini fan”, Rick and his wife are ardent golfers, and he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, children and grandkid!
