Tommy graduated with honors from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in entrepreneurship. After graduating, Tommy held various sales and operations management positions in the hospitality industry including Director of Sales, F&B Director, and Assistant General Manager. Before joining the RTI team, he managed a Starwood hotel that was ranked #1 for guest experience for all of North America. These key leadership roles have given Tommy the skills to find actionable solutions for his clients and take customer service to the next level. In his spare time, Tommy enjoys spending time with his family, attending hockey games, and traveling anywhere with warmer temperatures.
