This client was launching a new loyalty program that required a new server in each of their stores. They needed a high-velocity rollout — 800 servers procured, staged, imaged, shipped, and installed within 30 days.

Solution

Retail Tech provided installation resources 6 days a week, hitting multiple stores overnight. Each technician was able to get to 4-6 stores per night. Retail Tech provided all of the procurement and then staged, imaged, and shipped everything on time, ultimately getting everything installed 2 weeks prior to the launch date.
