Cindy S. Bauer
Studied Management and Finance at Mankato State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. In August 1987, Cindy joined Amcom Corporation as a Sales Assistant supporting the POS sales force and assisting in the Accounting Department. Accomplishments at Amcom include developing and training of the Customer Service Department as the Customer Support Manager. After Amcom merged with two other companies to become Expresspoint, Cindy integrated the Sales Support and Customer Service teams into one department. During her time at Amcom and Expresspoint, Cindy developed key relationships with vendors, end-user customers, and third party maintenance companies with a specific focus on the hospitality and retail verticals. After working closely with Spinner at Amcom and Expresspoint the two decided to combine their industry knowledge and open Retail Tech in April 2000.
